    1All of the sales scheduled for 2007 through March 2010 were conducted prior to the preparation of the Revised Program, with the exception of Cook Inlet Sale 211, which was cancelled due to lack of industry interest but will remain on the schedule because it was cancelled through the pre-sale process, not through the Secretary’s Section 18 decision. Sale 193 in the Chukchi Sea was the only sale conducted in an area subject to the Court’s remand.

    2Sale 224 is not an OCSLA Section 18 sale, but was mandated by the GOMES Act of 2006.

    3On May 27, 2010 President Obama announced Secretary Salazar's decision to cancel Sales 215 and 220.

    4Sale 216 will be combined with Sale 222.

    5Sale 219 will be cancelled in the near future due to lack of interest.
