Notice for Sales 209, 212, 217, and 221: The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation, and Enforcement published a preliminary revised 5-Year OCS Oil and Gas Leasing Program for 2007-2012 in the Federal Register on April 2, 2010. The preliminary revised program removes Beaufort Sea Sales 209 and 217 and Chukchi Sea Sales 212 and 221 from the 2007 - 2012 program.
