In 2010, the state of New York requested that BOEM establish a task force to facilitate intergovernmental communications regarding OCS renewable energy activities and development. The BOEM-NY Renewable Energy Task Force was established and includes representatives from federal, state, tribal and local governments. The first meeting was held on November 18, 2010 in Melville, NY. Copies of the presentations from the meeting are available below.
