The lease sale will be held online. The non-monetary phase will begin on July 29, 2013. On this day, a panel created by BOEM will meet to review the non-monetary packages, if any, submitted by bidders in the auction. The monetary phase of the auction will begin at 10:30 AM on July 31, 2013.
Note: A mock auction for the eligible bidders will be held on July 24, 2013.
