Any interested company should have submitted a complete qualification package to BOEM by the end of the Proposed Sale Notice comment period (which ended Feb. 1). Each bidder must have been notified by BOEM that it is legally, technically and financially qualified by the time the Final Sale Notice is published in order to participate in the auction.
