The lease provisions include but are not limited to:
- the lease size and duration.
- rights of the lessee and lessor.
- payment requirements.
- performance requirements.
- site-specific lease terms, conditions, and stipulations.
Note: A lease will give the lessee the exclusive right to submit a Site Assessment Plan (SAP) and/or Construction and Operations Plan (COP) for the lease area.
