Due to year-end processing the last day for submitting a Pay.Gov Application payment in Fiscal Year 2025 is Friday September 19, 2025 @ 5:00 pm est. The Pay.Gov Payment Application forms will be enabled on Wednesday October 1, 2025 @ 9:00 am est.
Due to year-end processing the last day for requesting a Pay.Gov Credit Card or ACH-Debit refund in Fiscal Year 2025 is Friday September 12, 2025 @ 5:00 pm est. The refund request form will be enabled on Tuesday October 14, 2025 @ 9:00 am est.
Effective June 1, 2015 the U.S. Treasury has changed the Credit Card payment limit from $49,999.99 to $24,999.99 for Pay.gov payments. The ACH (electronic check) remittance is to be used for payments greater than $24,999.99.
