On Sept. 10, BOEM published in the Federal Register two documents – a Call for Information and Nominations; and a Notice of Intent to File an Environmental Impact Statement – that both relate to a proposed 2021 oil and gas lease sale in the federal waters of Cook Inlet. The publication kicked off concurrent 30-day comment periods on each document. This, the second of two Live Virtual Meetings, is being held as part of that comment period. The comment period closes at 11:59 Eastern Time on Tuesday, Oct. 13.
