In response to requests for additional time to provide comments, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) is extending the time to submit comments on the substance of the proposed rule entitled “Air Quality Control, Reporting, and Compliance,” which was posted online on March 17 and published in the Federal Register on April 5, 2016, (81 FR 19717).
The original comment deadline, set for June 6, has been extended by an additional 14 days and will now end on June 20, 2016.
Comments can be submitted by any of the following methods:
