REMINDER: Opportunity to Provide Oral Testimony on Proposed Five-Year Program for Offshore Oil and Gas Leasing

As a reminder, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) will host a virtual opportunity to provide oral testimony on the Proposed Program and Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) for the National Outer Continental Shelf Oil and Gas Leasing Program for years 2023-2028.  

The session will be held on: 

  • Monday, Sep 12, 2022, from 5:00 – 8:00 pm (EDT). 

Please note, due to the large number of registered participants, and to accommodate as many people as possible, each speaker will have two minutes to provide their oral comments, which will be captured by a court reporter for public record.

In addition to oral comments, written comments are welcome and can be submitted online or mailed to BOEM’s Sterling, Virginia, office.
