On June 29, 2023, BOEM announced a Notice of Intent (NOI) to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Construction and Operations Plan (COP) proposed by Beacon Wind, LLC (Beacon Wind). As part of that announcement, BOEM initiated a 30-day public comment period that ends on 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Jul. 31, 2023. BOEM has scheduled four public meetings during the comment period. The public comment period for the NOI will help identify what BOEM may consider as part of its environmental review of Beacon Wind’s COP.

Please join us for the upcoming in-person and virtual public meetings on the NOI for the proposed Beacon Wind project.
