You're Invited: Florida Renewable Energy Task Force Meeting

After growing interest in renewable energy development offshore Florida, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM), in coordination with the State of Florida, would like to invite you to attend its first Florida Intergovernmental Renewable Energy Task Force Meeting on Dec. 11, 2014, from 9:00 a.m - 4:15 p.m. (Eastern time) at the following location:

City of Port St. Lucie Civic Center
9221 SE Civic Center Pl.
Port St. Lucie, FL 34952

The purpose of this Task Force is to facilitate coordination among Federal, State, local and tribal government organizations for potential renewable energy leasing efforts in Federal waters offshore Florida's Atlantic Coast. You must represent a government agency to participate on the Task Force. Members of the public will be given the opportunity to provide comment at the end of this meeting (3:45 p.m. - 4:15 p.m.).
