Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) and the Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) are convening a task force meeting on September 18, 2023. Webinar details are below:

Meeting Purpose
- Provide an update to Task Force members and the public on activities relevant to offshore wind energy, including information on BOEM’s designation of Draft Wind Energy Areas, the National Centers for Coastal Ocean Science (NCCOS) Spatial Suitability Model, visual simulations, and next steps in the BOEM leasing and planning process.
- Provide an opportunity for Task Force discussion and Q&A on meeting topics.
- Provide an opportunity for public Q&A on meeting topics.
- Provide an opportunity for public comment on the Draft Wind Energy Areas.
